Exceptional Spaces for Unforgettable Celebrations

Welcome to zero dock street, our incredible event center located on the banks of the black river in downtown carthage. Our restaurant, papermaker's pub is open thursday-saturday from 4pm-9pm (kitchen until 8pm).

Service was great. Ordered a burger medium and was cooked to perfection. Even had great buns to hold the burger together. Fries were tasty. Drink was never empty and the food came fast. I recommend the Andes mint cheesecake for sure. 10/10 will definitely be coming here again.

So much work has gone into the renovation of this building and it shows. Very nice inside (The upstairs dining area would be a lovely wedding venue!) Yummy drink list and the food was also delicious. Staff was great. Love having a new nice sit-down restaraunt and bar so close to home. Will definitely be a return customer.
